1. Preheat oven to 350 F.
2. Prepare buttermilk cupcake batter
3. Line muffin tins with 24 cupcake liners.
4. Fill liners ¾ full.
5. Bake 15-18 minutes, until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
6. Remove muffin tins from oven to wire rack.
7. After 10 minutes, transfer cupcakes to wire rack.
Peanut Butter Frosting:
1. Add creamy peanut butter and unsalted butter to large bowl.
2. Beat with mixer until smooth.
3. Pour in heavy cream and confectioner' s sugar and mix until smooth.
4. Frost cupcakes.
5. Make small indention in cupcakes.
6. Warm jelly slightly in microwave.
7. Place ½-teaspoon grape jelly in center of each cupcake.
