Pumpkin Cupcakes

Simple spice cake mix combined with pumpkin filling. Baked until golden brown and begging for frosting.
Ingredients -
 

1 (18 ounces) package Spice Cake Mix
1 (15 ounces) can Pumpkin
3 Eggs
1/3 cup Oil

 
Preparation:
 

1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.

2. Blend the spice cake mix, eggs, pumpkin and 1/3 cup oil and beat for 2 minutes.

3. Pour the mixture into 24 paper-lined muffin cups and fill 3/4 full.

4. Bake for 18 to 20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.

5. Frost if desired.
