1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
2. Line standard muffin or cupcake pans with baking liners.
3. Combine the cake mix, water, eggs, and oil in a large bowl.
4. Beat with an electric mixer for two minutes.
5. Fold in the white chocolate pieces and toasted macadamia nuts.
6. Spoon into the baking liners.
7. Bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center of the cupcake comes out clean.
8. Cool cupcakes in the baking pan on a cooling rack for 5-8 minutes.
9. Remove cupcakes from the baking pan and cool completely.
10. Frost as desired.
