Chocolate Chip Banana Walnut Muffins

French vanilla cake mix combined with bananas, chocolate chips, chopped walnuts, and sweetened coconut. Ready to bake in minutes, serve in less than a half hour.
Ingredients -
 
1 (18 1/4 ounce) box French Vanilla Cake Mix
3 Eggs
1/3 cup Olive Oil
3 Bananas, mashed
3/4 cup Chocolate Chips
3/4 cup Chopped Walnuts
1/4 cup Sweetened Coconut
 
Preparation:
 

1. Preheat oven to 400 F.

2. Spray muffin pan with non-stick cooking spray.

3. Add French vanilla cake mix to large bowl.

4. Add mashed bananas, olive oil, and eggs to medium bowl.

5. Stir to combine.

6. Stir banana mixture into cake mix.

7. Mix with spatula to combine.

8. Stir in chocolate chips and walnuts.

9. Spoon batter into prepared muffin tin.

10. Sprinkle muffins with coconut.

11. Bake 20-25 minutes. Remove from oven, transfer to wire rack.
