1. Preheat the oven to 350 Degrees F.
2. Line the cupcake or muffin tin with liners.
3. Prepare the cake mix according to the package directions.
4. Mix in the bananas, whipped eggs, water, soda and salt.
5. Fill the cupcake liners 2/3 full with the batter.
6. Bake for 25 minutes or until a knife inserted in the middle of the cup cake comes out clean.
Frosting:
1. Mix the pudding according to the package directions.
2. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
3. Once the pudding has set, fold in the cool whip.
4. Stir until mixed.
5. Spread on top of the cupcakes and serve immediately. |
